Choose the right size capsules and Gel Pads for each of your fingers.
Step 2: Prepare your nails
Maximize adhesion by pushing back cuticles, lightly scratching and degreasing nail surfaces.
Step 3: Apply Gel Pads (or glue)
Place the Gel Pad on your natural nail, then remove the protective film (or apply liquid glue to your nail).
Step 4: Press the capsule
Place the capsule on your nail, from bottom to top, pressing firmly.
